Nestled in the Texas Hill Country,
The Bunkhouse is a quaint, quiet, peaceful refuge for the weary
traveler. Come stay with us and enjoy the majesty of the hills where nature
abounds. Our six acre preserve is a designated
Wildlife Habitat. You can pick a
tomato from our large organic vegetable garden, watch the antics of our Barbados
Blackbelly lambs,
and our pasture chickens will treat you to eggs that you just can't find in a
grocery store. Bird

and wildlife flourish all around us. We are only ten minutes from Boerne, Texas
and thirty minutes from Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and San Antonio and just a
hop, skip, and jump to Luckenbach, the legendary music capital of Texas.
We also offer our guests a cabana with a relaxing hot tub, treadmill, and satellite television, a large deck that overlooks the Texas Hill Country, and an outdoor kitchen.
If you just can't do without your laptop, we provide Wi-Fi high-speed internet connectivity.
Weekend rates are $150.00 per night with a two night minimum stay for two adults. Additional guests are charged $15.00 per night. Weeknight rate is $135.00.
The Bunkhouse comes equipped with a full kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, living room with a sofa that makes into a bed, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, a sleeping loft, and satellite television. Children are welcome (including babies) but young'uns under twelve years of age are not allowed in the loft. Smoking is not allowed inside, but there are outside designated smoking areas.
We provide a hearty heat and eat breakfast that will last the weekend and we will be happy to accommodate special diets.
Pets are not allowed but they can be boarded at Holiday Farms, a wonderful Pet Hotel just five minutes away.

For
long term stays, or for more than four visitors, we offer The Ranch House
of Shaggy Acres. This large, high-end executive home has three bedrooms,
each with its own bath plus a half-bath on the other end of the house. It also
has a separate office equipped with a computer, printer, fax and high speed
internet and a large "bonus" room that can serve as a conference center or game
room. The Ranch House rents for 200.00 per night on weekends with a minimum
two night stay, $150.00 weeknights, $ 950.00 per week, or $3,500.00 per month. Breakfast is not
provided for long-term stays. No smoking, no pets, and no children under 12.
Pets can be boarded at Holiday Farms, a wonderful
Pet Hotel just five minutes away.
The Ranch House is fully furnished and will accommodate six guests comfortably. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per day per guest for more than two guests. For more information, call us during business hours at 830-537-5940.
